Address is 12-14 N. Main Street.
It is being converted into 50 apartments with 2700 square feet of commercial space called the Scenic Salinger.
Complete is expected October 2021.
Marquee letters were found during recent construction per below link with photos.
The building stood past 1970 as J&W Lanes.
I just added a 1973 photo credit Scott Cisco, which has a `73 Pontiac parked across the street from the former theatre.
I added the photo from the below link that shows the Dream Theatre on Station Street looking South from 25th Street.
The photo is mid `50s despite the description, and the marquee still showed as Dream Theatre then.
Mid `60s Vintage Kodachrome Slide added credit Martin Plucinski.
Narrowed down as Morganfield’s Morgan Theatre based on P'Pools Auto Supply which was another Morganfield business.
Presumably located on Morgan Street, but a lot has been cleared away over the years.
Address is 24 N. Sandusky Street and is still standing as Fresh Start Cafe and Bakery today.
Building appears to have a commemorative plaque on the front.
