Sounds like a Covid pop-up. We had one here for a year in a minor league baseball field.
Their website indicates the closure is temporary. Damage was done by an earthquake which caused sprinklers to activate and flood the interior.closure
Interior pictures on Google show an open area with a small stage. Could very well have been a movie theatre previously.
Google Streetview shows that the theatre building has been razed. Status should be demolished.
By October 2022 it was a tropical fish store. Function should be: Aquarium.

The theatre is currently closed due to a fire in November. The Facebook page shows repair work being carried out.

The building is now a branch of the Coleman Area Library.
The address is 607 Louisa St. The building in Streetview is still recognizable when compared to the B&W picture here. It has been repurposed to a curio shop.
