You can see the entire original facade was removed, as the later Piser facade is set back from the building next door to the South.

The current address of the former Princess Theatre site is 16 Public Square W on the far right hand side.
Confirmed using the second photo in the gallery, the buildings next door and Google street view.
Mad Hatter Cupcake Shop is on the site today, having 16-18 on their door, one of multiple tenants in the 16 Public Square Building as it is called.
vindipar, the Winter Garden photo is likely October 1967 sign changes after Lansbury’s return after vacation.
Celeste Holm replaced Angela Lansbury for two weeks when she went on vacation in August 67. Lansbury left in March 68 and Janis Page took the role in April 68.
It moved from Winter Garden to The Broadway Theatre in69, later with Jane Morgan, then Ann Miller.
I answered it under the photo where you mentioned it, but CT does not notify members of additional comments under photos. Only in these main threads.
Hopefully the CT Admins will see this and can make the necessary changes so that additional comments under photos will send out notifications like these do.

Address was 141 West Broadway, same as the previous Grand Theatre on the same site.
I added a 1971 photo and the same bank building to the Sparta’s left is still standing in the July 2019 street view.
The former Sparta Theatre site is still a grass covered vacant lot, with part of the perimeter foundation still visible.
Circa 1948 photo of the Palace Theatre on the right in below Flickr link. Image will enlarge within link. The 3 front steps are clearly visible.

Unfortunately the auditorium was demolished in 2008. So there is nothing there for anyone to reopen.
The Roosevelt Theatre opened April 23, 1921, not April 25th as stated in the Overview. Below is the Grand Opening ad in the Chicago Tribune.
