I don’t think this building is still standing. I have a pretty good idea of the few historic buildings left in Atlantic City, and this isn’t one of them.
There was a Cinema Art Theater in Chattanooga, but the full description for the photo puts it at 2410 Rossville. Perhaps it was a different theater: http://tinyurl.com/25k9lz
