What a jewel but going down hill fast. This is a Theatre with water inside (flooded) and a Hole In the roof. Still a wonderful piece of History. Someone better save it soon. Just wish I could have.
This is a fine Gem in Houston. One of the only ones left! I went to see The Empire Strikes Back there. Lucky me..yes indeed!

This is a store also now. Would have been worth more today as a theatre! The Heights is booming and they lost alot of History before they decided to save and restore the area. Shame again…we lose a another GEM!
Getting a bank to loan me money for a theatre has been a nightmare. I hear “ We just have never loaned money for that type of thing before” every time. Credit good,down payment good,Why wont they halp me save a great Theatre? Any Ideas? Maybe a bank to try?

This is a great ole place! Too far from me in Houston but awesome. There is alot of great old theatres in that part of texas. If ever in Eastland Texas ,check out their theatre. Also if your close to Post Texas you should Buy the Tower Theatre. That is a great one and a great town.

This was sold to WL Butler in Rosenberg at an auction. Good Luck Mr Butler. Take care and please restore this gem to your city.

They still have a good front to it but thats all. What a shame.

We have a problem in Houston. We demolish and then discover..“Oh my Gosh..that was a historic building”.
We need another Video store like a hole in the head! Remember..Nobody ever tries to save and restore a classic Video store!
