The GoogleMaps pointer directs to a residential area not in the 90015 area of Los Angeles. At any rate, the theatre has been torn down and replaced by a pharmacy.

There’s a small building at this address, but without a closer look, it’s still a mystery.

Very likely at the spot where the Tacos Gavilan building sits next to Fernando’s Lumber.
Just another mini-mall there now.
It’s either the Quality Cafe building or the violin shop building.

Demolished to make way for the 710 Freeway.
