This drive-in now appears to be closed, the most recent aerial photo seems to show it being used as some kind of scrap yard, however the screen and concession building still seem to remain.
As of September 2022, this site appears to still be mostly intact. Both screens still stand, concession building still stands, the ramps are overgrown with trees. If someone really wanted to and put in the hard work, it could probably be cleaned up and re-opened.
Address can be updated to 58 Horse and Jockey Rd, it now has its own number.
Closed after the 1977 season.
It was a pop up so they were probably portable.

Located between the recreation centre and the golf course, appears to be vacant land.
1 Wheeler St is the approximate address.
It was mostly demolished by 1994 however at least part of the concession building was retained and is used by the business who now occupies the site.
941 Marion Rd is the approximate address of where this was located.

It’s present in a 1956 aerial photo, its now a vacant lot, nothing remains.
A 1970’s topo map marks the spot as a fairground so the part with the long track/driveway was probably where that was located.
This has now been redeveloped into a housing estate.
He’s quoting a newspaper article, whoever wrote it must’ve not done very good research, historic aerial photos show it still stands in 1973 as well.
Not sure but the death blow for these places is usually property taxes, which keep getting higher.
