I was in front of the Hard Rock yesterday. If I understand correctly, the marquee is a re-creation and not the original? Also the Paramount lettering on the building?
There’s an IMAX over on the walk, which is a batch of stores close to Columbus Park. That area looks like a huge shopping mall. My former school at South Carolina and Pacific is now a Marriott hotel.

I drove by today and saw the intact screen. It’s pouring rain, so I’m not stopping.
Same thing in Los Angeles. The downtown Warner was the Warren in the seventies.
Status should be closed/demolished.
There is a six screen thea(er called Rio Stadium at this address, according to an ad in the AC Press.
The old bank building next to the Rialto has been demolished. A new building now occupies both spaces.
The TGI Fridays is closed. There is a vacant lot adjacent which was probably the theater.
I saw a Cole Porter show at the Gateway about ten years ago. Does anyone have a preservation update since March 2006?
Movies are showing on three screens per today’s AC Press. Phone number is 609-399-0006. Advertised as Moorlyn Stadium Theatre.
Speed Racer is playing at noon and 3:30, and there is a nature documentary in between at 2:30. I think there’s only one screen.
Was Cinema 21 the last incarnation? If so, it should be listed as such.

We are in Borough Hall. We saw a United Artists theater, a multiplex. Nice marquee. I didn’t see it listed, though. Perhaps under another name?
