And as many know, Tony grew up in Sharon PA area. He and The Letterman performed at Chautauqua Institution several years ago and I met him.
The lead singer of The Letterman, Tony Butala was involved with the VHFF and with saving the Columbia? What happened?

The building has been purchased and is being renovated as an air b&b with a restored opera house.
I wonder why the photo shows the back of the building and not the beautiful blade sign facing State?

Been to this theatre. An amazing theatre worth visiting. Hats off to the people of Marion for preserving this cinema treasure.

Recently met a lady who lives in Elizabeth PA. She told me the presence of the theatre in town is appreciated and enjoyed.

My organ source has told me at the time of the theatre demise the organ was sold.

It seems the original seats are gone. Sad to see. And has the auditorium been split into 2 theatres?
The Grand Theatre in Westfield NY had it.
And the Princess Theatre should be restored and returned to Bloomington.
