The film “Mom and Dad” was released in 1945 as an exploitation film. It had many lives over the years being re-released multiple times into the 1950s. This looks to be a “Women only” matinee showing.

Sad, considering that downtown Detroit has started to turn the corner. The rehab of the Michigan Central train station is a good example of that.
