OK, so Auditorium 5 had the complete package, that is, Dolby, DTS, and THX. Which were the respective auditoria where Dolby, DTS, and THX were initially installed by themselves?
After reading an article in the News-Sentinel from April 14, 1988, the day after the sneak preview, I can now confirm that Commons 6 is a direct twin of the Southlake Festival Six in Morrow, GA. As for the films shown during the sneak preview on April 13:
An American Tail (1:30, 3:30)
The Care Bears' Adventure in Wonderland (1:30, 3:30)
Now that I know the ScreenX auditorium is 20, what’s the front-side ratio there? (If a picture of a lonely screening from 2018 is anything to go by, I believe the main screen is 1.85:1.)
Between Music Isle and David’s Bridal, the place was also Music Jungle, Waldenbooks, and Cellular Page.
I’m guessing 7/10 was also the theatre in which DTS was first installed along with Downtown West’s 1.

One of the auditoria appears to have been upgraded to DTS by the time Stargate came out on October 28, 1994. Which one could it have been?

This theatre is the direct twin of another David K. Mesbur-designed jewelbox, Knoxville’s own Commons Six.
Now that the theatre is closed, what was the rough visual layout?
Anyone know the opening day features and the last features to be shown here?
I get the feeling that I recognise the interior as looking somewhat like that of Carmike Commons 6, another David Mesbur-designed jewelbox.
In which auditorium was “Damnation Alley” screened?
Scott, I don’t think this Edwards skipped 13, and as far as I can tell there’s still 21 screens, including the IMAX.

Was 7/10 the only auditorium with THX, or did 2 also have the THX certification?
