Princeton Theater closes
PRINCETON, IN — After many years and many operators, the Princeton Theater has closed down. AMC was the latest to run it but they never seemed truly invested in it. The theatre had been operating since 1948.

SEYMOUR, CT — The Connecticut Post features the positive story of how the 70 plus year old Strand Theatre continues to keep going. They might not have many advantages of a larger theater with corporate backing, but they’ve managed to stay successful with some good old-fashioned service.

Curtain to rise on revived Kiggins
VANCOUVER, WA — After we reported a few months ago of the nearby Liberty Theatre reopening, it’s now time for the Kiggins to roll out the red carpet. Thanks to community support, there will hopefully be more improvements on the way.

Columbia City closure leaves bad feelings
SEATTLE, WA — After closing a few months ago, the Columbia City Cinema is frustrating people because it hasn’t found a new operator. What’s worse is the theater was taking donations before business ceased but it seemed to go towards nothing.
