Picture House

Located in Dingwall, at the western shore of the Cromarty Firth, to the north of Inverness. The Picture House opened 31st August 1931. It was a conversion of a Masonic Hall.

The cinema was owned by Dingwall Picture House, and the proscenium was 24ft wide.

It is not known when the it closed, although it was open until at least 1972.

By 2008 the building had become a bar, rather nicely called The Picture House.
