Built on the site of the Billiken Drive-In (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). The Totem Triplex opened on November 13, 1976 as a triplex, originally part of the Wometco chain. It was later taken over by Act III Theatres. On July 6, 1986, the theatre was increased to eight screens and in 2000 it became part of the Regal chain.
The theatre showed a mix of first-run, art, and foreign features. It operated as a second run bargain movie theatre for several years. By 2023 it had returned to screening first run movies. It was closed on August 14, 2025.
It was demolished in March 2026.
