The Palace Theatre originally opened in 1918. In 1935, it was remodeled and was closed in 1982. Its Art Deco style marquee and black and white tile covered facade wonderfully intact, now operates as the Pizza Palace restaurant.

Gilman should give kudos to the present owner for maintaining the distinct “theatre” fasade. The Palace Theatre building is a true Gilman jewel!
