Avalon Theatre

Small theatre with Historic Status located on the corner of Tower Avenue and Terry Avenue in downtown Larimore. The Grand Theatre opened in 1925. In 1938 it was closed and remodelled in an Art Deco style and reopened as the Avalon Theatre with 397 seats. Used for performing arts and movies.

In researching this theatre I found it began its life as the Grand Theatre in 1925. In 1938 the Grand closed and was remodeled into the Art Deco style and reopened as the Avalaon Theatre. There should be an AKA Grand Theatre.
