The former Warren Theater was converted into a motel in the 1950’s, one of the first examples of adaptive reuse of former movie theaters.
Today, the town of Hudson, a sleepy upstate New York enclave, now welcomes thousands of visitors who come to frequent dozens of local antique stores.
The town also once housed the turn of the century Playhouse Theater and another theater (whose name is unknown) which has sinced been converted into a CVS drugstore, though its Art Deco facade is still visible.

So Warren, was this your own personal theatre?
I fall asleep in the movies all the time, atleast this time they have a mattress for me.
Saw this theatre 2 weeks ago on a bike trip. I like it, it doesn’t look run-down and there’s now an H&R Block on the ground floor.
