The Hub Theatre was opened in late-1921 on Westchester Avenue near Bergen Avenue and had 800 seats. It was equipped with a Wurlitzer organ. In 1931 it was listed with 596 seats. In 1936 it was renamed Rex Theatre and the seating capacity was given as 600. It had closed by the late-1940’s. The Rex Theatre has been torn down, and the site was used for public parking. In 2018 it is being redeveloped.

If the address above is correct, the Hub was also known as the Rex Theatre circa 1940-41.
This web page says that a style 110 Wurlitzer organ, opus 421, was installed in the Hub Theatre in 1921. It was replaced by a style E Wurlitzer, opus 1101, in 1925. The Hub was most likely this project noted in the June 11, 1921 issue of Real Estate Record and Builders' Guide:
The Theatre Historical Society confirms Irving Margon as the architect of the Hub/Rex Theatre, and says that the building was demolished in 1976.
