Great place for a horror flick series in 16mm maybe.
The latest event that I can find is from October 1932, where the opera house was last used as a special events house.
The historic address was 401 Main St. 2nd Ave E used to be 4th St. I’ve corrected the address with a guess based on 144 being across the street. No numbers are visible on streetview. The ground floor is an antique store.
