There’s another theater in Plattsburgh that operated in the mid-1980s called the Skyway Studio Cinema, which I cannot find any information rather than its name.
This was opened by Theatre Management Services on April 11th, 1975 and closed in 1989 by Hoyt’s, Grand opening ad posted.
