Located in Frisco, TX, the city is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro center. An earliere Frisco Theatre operated in Frisco in the late-1910’s (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). Possibly located on Main Street. This Frisco Theatre replaced the Queen Theatre in town which closed in 1932. The town was theatreless until 1935/1936 when the Frisco Theatre opened. The Frisco Theatre was still open in 1941. It was listed as (Closed) in the 1943 edition of Film Daily Yearbook.

There are two Frisco Theatres in Frisco, with the other one operating for a short time during World War I.
