Thanks Dallas the Frenchmen Street-Chartres Street address comes from the American MotionPicture Ditrectory 1914-1915 edition.
I think you might be a bit foggy here. The Roseland was at 3525 North Tonti Street though it did have a December 10, 1930 fire that ended operations. The Valentino Theatre was at Frenchmen Street and Chartres Street (2101 Frenchmen Street) which also suffered a fire along with the Ivy at roughly the same time as NOLA lost three theatres in short order all due to projection booth explosions.
