This simple early theater was operating by 1914-15 when the AMPD lists it. It was a wooden building covered in tin sheeting. The 1911 map shows this as an empty lot. By no later than 1925, it was owned by J.H. Kelly, who may well have been the original owner.

The theatre supposedly burned in 1929, but it is listed in the 1930 Yearbook, converted for sound on the Royaltone system. The 1931 Yearbook lists it with no capacity, while also listing its larger replacement, the Kelly, which was on the same site. It had clearly been demolished at this point.
