In March 1952, Boxoffice magazine reported the Long Enterprises would shortly open the Queen Drive-In in Superior.
The 1955-56 Theatre Catalog included the Superior Drive-In in Superior, owner L. F. Long and Jones Ents., capacity 280 cars.
A 1961 aerial photo showed a drive-in about a mile west of Superior on US 60. It had fallen into disrepair by 1980. Today the corporate office for a mining company occupies the site.
