There are two Broadway Theatres in Clinton, with both of them located on the same street.
The first Broadway Theatre opened its doors on July 1, 1935 with Wheeler & Wooley in “The Nit Wits” along with Burt Gillett’s Toddle Tales “Grandfather’s Clock” and the Pete Smith Specialty “Dartmouth Days”, featuring sound installations of Western Electric Wide-Range sound.
The first Broadway Theatre closed for the final time on April 2, 1949 with the weekend matinees of Johnny Mack Brown in “Law Of The West” and Warren Douglas in “Incident” along with Chapter 3 of “King Of Jungleland” when the newer and second Broadway Theatre opened two days later which has its own Cinema Treasures page.

I believe this Broadway Theatre was located at 200 North Broad Street in the former Commercial Bank of Clinton building. The latter dated back to 1910.
I have also uploaded an ad which appeared in the May 19, 1938 Clinton Chronicle.
