This small theater appears on the 1916 Sanborn, in a little concrete block storefront with a wooden extension in the rear.

This theater was likely replaced by the Strand Theatre, and the 1932 map shows the rear of the building removed, and the structure used as a store.

All of the buildings on this block have received unsightly remodels, and this is currently a real estate office.

Note that the historical address was 511 Main, but by 1949, it had become 115 Okoboji Avenue, before a further renumbering at some later date.
