The TOHO Cinemas Okayama opened its doors on July 15, 2006 featuring 10 screens and an original total capacity of 1,606 seats. It was located on the 2nd floor of the building. It was later renamed the TOHO Cinemas Kounan. The 10-screen originally housed 1,661 seats but Screen 5 received a major downgrade from 147 seats to 95 seats later in its history.

Screen 2 is the largest with 433 seats and four wheelchairs, while the smallest screens are Screens 7 and 8 with 85 seats and one wheelchair. The rest of the screens have two wheelchairs with the ranging capacities of 95-250.
