There’s not a lot of information about this theatre. It’s opening date and early history remains unknown at this time, but the Strand Theatre did receive several closures in the 1960’s.
The Strand Theatre reopened one last time on June 17, 1966 as both a movie house and a special events house under the management of Jim Walden, but ended up closing either the following year or a couple years later for unknown reasons.
