This early theatre appears on the 1908 map in an old brick storefront dating to between 1886 and 1892. The 1904 map shows an office here.

This would have been a very small theatre, and was likely a ‘folding chairs on the floor’ type of operation. The 1913 map shows a meat market here, but does note that the ground floor is open at the front, likely a holdover from the brief cinema run.

The building seems to have received a new facade before 1920. It was used as retail, but by late-2023 it was vacant while being converted to apartments.
