This short-lived theater appears on the 1910 Sanborn in a two story brick commercial building constructed sometime between 1883 and 1887. The 1901 map shows a restaurant here.
Likely a fairly basic conversion, this operation was not successful. The 1916 map shows this space vacant. The building today is in decent shape, and used by a travel agency.
