I.E.P.

The 1915 Sanborn shows a ‘Picture Theatre’ in a small wooden building in this tiny town. The I.E.P. notation is probably a name, but may be a type of business.

The 1931 map is not available online, but this theater was likely demolished by the 1920’s, and replaced by a larger building a bit further to the east.

The address is a guess. As far as I can tell, this was about where the smaller Quonset style building is today.
