Located on the ground floor inside an apartment building in Konstanz, close to the German border with Switzerland and to the northeast of Zurich. The building was originally accommodation for the French military Cherisy barracks. The Zebra Kino was opened on 5th May 1984 and was equipped to screen 35mm & 16mm film. It screens independent films and hosts the ‘Warm Winter’ gay & lesbian annual film festival which is now known as ‘Queer Striped’. It is now equipped with a Sony 4k projector.
