This theatre appears on the 1912 Sanborn. It is labeled as a ‘Cheap Theatre’, which may refer to a nickelodeon. The building dates to sometime between 1883 and 1892. The NRHP listing for downtown claims it was built in 1915, but that is wrong. The 1903 map shows a general store here.
This theatre had closed by 1923, when a store is shown here. Sometime later, the storefront was split, and a pet groomer shares the space with some sort of office.
