The Plaza Three was opened by Schulman Theatres on August 16, 1985 and closed in 1991. It became a nightclub using several names. In 2006 it became the Brazos Fellowship Church.

This theater closed in 1991, not 1999. It served as a variety of nightclubs in the 1990s (The Globe, Time Square) before becoming Brazos Fellowship Church in 2006.
