The Fort George Drive-In opened its gates on July 20, 1950 with Jack Carson in “My Dream Is Yours” and Wayne Morris in “The House Across The Street” along with a Disney cartoon. It was operated by Julius Perimutter and was listed as (Closed) in 1952. He had reopened it by 1953.
The Fort George Drive-In closed its gates for the final time on September 4, 1980 with “Airplane” and “Foul Play” as its final films.

Now a water park some of the ramps may still remain near the back
Comparing the 1965 aerial to today, there is nothing left of the drive-in, not even the ramps.
A 1986 aerial shows the property completely built over by the park.
