This theater appears on the 1917 Sanborn in one of several recently constructed brick storefronts. This corner had previously been the location of a much larger airdome shown on the 1912 map, and it’s possible that the same operator owned both.

This building had several windows in the northern wall, making it the worst choice for a theater out of the set, and the 1923 map shows a store here.

At some point (perhaps 1940-50), all 4 storefronts were unified into one modernized storefront. The building was in use as a furniture store in 2018, but by 2022 the whole thing had been demolished.
