The Star Theatre was one of two theatres, the other being the VIA Theatre, to grace the landscape of Crescent City during the early to mid twentieth century. The Star Theatre was opened around 1917 and closed in 1960. It is used as a warehouse for the local Ace Hardware.

The Theater Apparently Was Opened Around 1917. And Was Closed In 1960. The Building Still Survives As Storage For A Nearby Hardware Store.
