Located at N. Michigan Avenue and W. Genesee Avenue, Saginaw, MI. The North Side Theatre was opened on November 24, 1926. It was renamed Norside Theatre in 1948. On May 15, 1951 it was renamed Roxy Theatre. On September 16, 1954 it was renamed World Playhouse Theatre. It was closed in 1959.

The North Side Theatre, located at 2007 North Michigan, first opened its doors on November 24th, 1926. Over the years, it underwent several transformations. In 1948, it was rebranded as Norside, and later, on September 16th, 1954, it adopted the name World Playhouse. Unfortunately, its curtains fell for the last time in 1959. Grand opening ads posted.

Rebooted by Daniel Theater owner Daniel G. Bernstein on May 15, 1951 as the Roxy Theatre with “Kansas Riders” and “Mystery Submarine.”
