The Skyway Drive-In was opened on May 1, 1950 with Rosalind Russell in “A Woman of Distinction”. It was closed on September 4, 1988 with Emilio Estevez in “Young Guns” & River Phoenix in “A Night in the Life with Jimmy Reardon”. It was demolished in 1991.

Opened on 1st May 1950 with “A Woman of distinction”. Closed and demolished in 1991. The site became a housing estate (Skyway Village). Now a retirement home.
