Located in the Wellington suburb of Miramar. The Roxy Cinema stands on the site of the former Capitol Theatre (which has its own page on Cinema Treasures). The façade of the Capitol Theatre was incorporated into the new Roxy Cinema. The twin-screen boutique cinema opened on 1st April 2011. The two Art Deco style auditoriums have seating for 164 & 65.

There is also a small cabaret attached called “Coco at the Roxy.” Serving a variety of small plates featuring local cuisine. A variety of drinks and desserts are available as well. The menu can be found on the website.
