Located in the village of Ynysybwl, to the north of Pontypridd, Glamorgan. The Workmen’s Hall was operating as a cinema by 1934. It was equipped with a British Acoustic(BA) sound system. The proscenium was 40ft wide and the stage was 16ft deep. It was owned by the Lady Windsor Colliery Workmen. It was still open in 1958, by which time it had been equipped with a GB-Kalee sound system. It had closed by 1980 and by 1982 had become a bingo club.
