There is only a bit of information I can find about the Plaza Theatre.

Competing against the Tegu’s Gem Theatre (also in Lyndonville), the Plaza Theatre (or simply Tegu’s Plaza Theatre) opened its doors on February 10, 1949 with Jack Carson in “Two Guys From Texas” with no extra short subjects. Its original screen lasted for only five years until CinemaScope launched there. The Plaza Theatre was still open in 1956.

The Plaza continued into 1956, so it was unclear how long the Plaza lasted.
