The 1950 Film Daily Year Book included the Sadler Theatre of tiny Lawn, Texas. It had 250 seats in a town of just over 300 residents.
On May 30, 1951, the Exhibitor magazine reported that H. R. Poor was in the process of remodeling the Sadler Theatre.
