Located in Brookwood Mall (now renamed Brookwood Village), the Cobb Brookwood 2 Theatres opened on July 28th, 1972 with Marlon Brando in “The Godfather” & Woody Allen in “Play It Again, Sam”. Each auditorium had 410-seats. It was closed in 1984.

Unlike most Cobb theaters, the Brookwood last operated as an art house and foreign theater.
