Only a bit of information serves about this theatre, as the opening dates, capacity, theatre details, and closing dates were not yet to be found. As of now, it remains unidentified or lost.
Continuing after World War II, the first-run Millport Theatre on July 21, 1948 was bought out by Bobby Cobb of the neighboring town of Fayette, who had planned to renovate the theatre which from time-to-time, it did happen.
Reopening on August 26, 1948 with Mickey Rooney in “Killer McCoy” with no extras for only one day, this renovation includes updated RCA sound, Simplex projection, silver screen, seats, and air conditioners.
Otherwise, I cannot find other information.
