This theatre is shown on the 1917 Sanborn, operating in a two story brick building. The building was constructed sometime before 1909, when the map shows a grocery store located there.
A restaurant was located on the second floor, signifying that this was likely a fairly basic conversion of a storefront. It is unclear if the designation on the map was the name, or a generic title used by the surveyor.
No later maps are available, but the downtown area has seriously declined, and most structures have been demolished. This building was no exception, and it was gone sometime before 2008. This corner has now lost all its buildings, and is a park.

In 1921, Harrisburg had a movie house called the Empire Theatre whose owner, one R. M. Parkhurst, sent a few capsule movie reviews to Exhibitors Herald in July and August. By 1926, the only theater listed at Harrisburg in the FDY was called the Pastime.
This might well have been called the Empire and then the Pastime. Or the Pastime may have been what later became the Radio. Not enough information to say for sure. This was always a small town, and there aren’t that many choices for buildings that could have held a theater.
