Choctaw Casino Resort added an entertainment destination complex in 2015 that included a two-story laser tag arena, bowling alley, arcade and a movie theater with 633 seats. Called The District, the District Cinema played contemporary Hollywood fare opening with four screens on September 11, 2015. The theatre increased to six screens with two Sky Tower screens.
The District Cinema closed on March 16, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It reopened May 27, 2020.
