This was the first of two Richards Theatres to operate in Fayette, AL. This one opened in 1927 and was still open in 1943.
The 2nd Richards Theatre was opened on November 2, 1947 and has its own page on Cinema Treasures.

This Richards Theatre opened as early as 1925 and was renamed the Roxy Theatre on December 17, 1936. It was closed in 1951.
