A few years after overseeing construction of the Sydney Regent (and Plaza) Leon S. (‘Sam’) Snider left Hoyts to found his own theater circuit (Snider & Dean). The Dress Circle and Stalls plans shown here appeared in the opening souvenir program. They indicate exit-ways leading to egress routes into George Street directly, a parking laneway which feeds into George Street, and a laneway on the north side which fed into Bathurst Street.
