Not to be confused with Brandon’s Plitt 4 (or IV), the Clearwater Plitt 4 opened its doors on February 12, 1982. Plitt operated the theater for a bit more than 5 years until being taking over by Cineplex Odeon in 1987. It was then renamed as the Countryside Village 4. It was closed on October 15, 1998.

Now a HomeGoods furnishing location sits on the theater’s site.
